| Patrice Casanova was born in Aix en Provence in 1945 and was raised in Paris.
His first experience with photography was when he became a reporting photographer for the magazine for the French Armies Around the World. Patrice then moved on to work for teen magazines covering rock concerts and shooting rock stars such as the Rolling Stones and the Beatles.
He started fashion photography in Milan and Germany and stayed there for 3 years.
In 1974 he came to New York to work for Glamour Magazine and soon became a top photographer in the advertising and fashion industries.
Such jobs were L’Oreal, Cover Girl, Revlon, French Vogue, Italian Bazaar, etc.
Today Patrice lives in Brookhaven Hamlet, New York and is currently enjoys taking pictures of Bellport and it’s surroundings. He claims that he “Loves it more than the rest of the World.”
