The members of the South Bay Scooter Club have agreed to the following details concerning the Frank N. Hermus Memorial Trophy. This Trophy was presented in February, 1955.
This trophy is awarded to the member of the club that has done the most for the good of the club in the current season.
Any changes to this deed of gift must be approved by the South Bay Scooter Club trophy committee.
Voted on and approved Mar. 21, 1996 by the trophy committee.
